You can join in diffetent capacities. Here is an explaination. 

Workshops

Workshops are held by us at various places, and you can take part in those workshops, or organize a workshop at your location. 

• When you take part in our workshops/projects as learner. 

• You come and observe, and pay any donations for the learnings.

• We usually do not charge any fees, but that depends on case to case.

Certificate courses

• Certificate courses, where you not only attend workshops, but also conduct some projects and then submit a report of your learning 

• After an assessment we provide a certificate of completion in particular work area. 

• The certificate then can be used by you as a testimony to get similar projects anywhere directly. It is more like an reference, but not endorsement. 

Internships

Internships are for students who want to explore and gain some exposure of different projects undertaken by us.  

• You can join in different internships, and assist either the executive team OR the project team. 

• Internships are usually paid average stipend at the rate of 50 rs per hour. 

• We offer both work from home and work from office options

Apprenticeships

• Under apprentenceships you will get specific responsibilities and part of longer projects

• You will get a percentage of fees on project to project basis and as per the duration. 

PROJECT MANAGERS

project managers are people who have worked with us for some time and now are ready to take up projects individually as leaders.  They become single point contact in projects that are implemented. And Work closely with Vatavaran CORE team, and external stakeholders where they go for implementation. 

They can appoint, interns, apprentinces or invite members of workshops and lead the project to completion.
