Our rules and guidelines

• No donations, only honorariums as consulting FEE,  that too to  cover basic costs. Honorariums should be not more than . highest minium wage prevailing in the country. as per on pro rata basis.  

• We only provide certifications, we do not control, employ someone directly or can vouch for their integrity. Any organization employing any of vatavaran member, must deal with them with their own fresh due dilegence and background checks.  

• We do not buy any land, or fixed assets,  THe organization owns nothing. 

• All are volunteers and everyone bring their own assets, or share with others.No assets, money must belong to the organization

• All donations, Works to be done through NGOs and individuals., 

• We encourage people to join our team and work with us, but we do not pay any salaries. Any honarirums or stipends we get are through the project. We try to cover the basic travel costs and stay facility. We prefer people who are stoic and can live in basics comfortably and enjoy the process more than the materialistic perks that come with it.  

• Transparency - even though we do not take donations, and everything is done directly to individuals. If any work is done through core executive involvement, we publish details of every penny paid and spent on the website, project and month wise.
